About Vaultium

Vaultium is a 2FA authenticator app with physical Vaultium device unlock. It is operated by Webito Future Tech s.r.o. in Prague. By using our app or purchasing our devices, you agree to these terms.

The App

• Vaultium stores your 2FA codes locally and encrypted on your device
• We have no access to your codes, keys, or data
• The app works 100% offline — no servers involved
• If you lose both your Vaultium devices and your recovery phrase, your codes are gone. We cannot recover them.

Vaultium Devices

• Each set includes a primary and backup device
• Devices are shipped from the EU
• Unopened devices can be returned within 14 days
• Once paired with the app, devices cannot be returned for security reasons

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your Vaultium devices and recovery phrase safe. We cannot access, recover, or reset your encrypted data.

No Warranty

The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for lost 2FA codes due to lost devices, unauthorized access, or any indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for our products in the past 12 months.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Czech Republic law. EU consumers may bring claims in their home country.
